Service Description
THIS SERVICE MUST BE BOOKED FOR ANY SUNDAY, MONDAY, & WEDNESDAY BOOKINGS (these are designated off-days but I accept clients on these days for an up charge). If a normal service is booked on a Sunday, Monday, or Wednesday; you will have the option to pay the difference or the appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled for a standard date (must be done no more than 48hrs after booking & only valid for ONE rescheduling). If you book a standard booking by mistake, pease note NO REFUNDS are permitted. This booking is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance!!!!!
Cancellation Policy
There is a $45 charge after 5 minutes of lateness & appointments are subject to cancellation after 10 mins (No Refunds, NO EXCEPTIONS ), you must be IN CHAIR at the 10 minute mark (not arriving/parking/or at the door), it is my job to uphold my timeliness contract with all clients so please be on time. Weather, traffic, distance of travel, hair/nail appointment delays, and personal problems are not acceptable excuses, please try your best to arrive in a timely manner. Group appointments of 2 or more & Bridal Bookings are Non-Refundable, that includes wedding party bookings (ALL LATE POLICIES APPLY TO GROUP BOOKINGS AND WEDDINGS AS WELL WHETHER THEY BE TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS OR IN-STUDIO APPOINTMENTS). Cancellations 48 hrs prior to appointment start time may be refunded 50% at the discretion of the artist (does not include group bookings or rescheduled appointments, as they are non refundable once booked). If a client is in need to reschedule they may do so for a $45 rescheduling fee as long as they request a reschedule 48hrs in advance of booked appointment time/date. If artist cancels, there will be provided alternative time/date or a 100% refund. No children and/or other guests are allowed to accompany you at the time of your appointment (your appointment will be cancelled and you must reschedule if you arrive with additional guests). *By booking and submitting your payment for appointments you the client are agreeing to and willing to follow all rules/regulations and WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO DISPUTE ANY PAYMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BOOKING AT DEY THA MUA* SALE BOOKINGS ARE NONREFUNDABLE/ CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED ONCE BOOKED!
